John G. Farrell, ALJ with the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board, was recently awarded the 2006 NAALJ Fellowship and will give a presentation of his paper “Administrative Alternatives to Judicial Branch Congestion” at the September 2006 NAALJ Annual Conference in Seattle, with the Fellowship paper being published in the Spring 2007 issue of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges.
